The ameli.fr website provides a lot of useful information about your rights, various procedures, reimbursements, etc. Also, you can do most of the regular procedures and access all the online services using your personal Ameli account.
However, if you come across any problems and require technical support, you can use the following options for contacting the helpline. One of the most common issues is the difficulty in logging into your personal Ameli account, after receiving your permanent social security number (SSN).
These services are available from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
From Inside France
