Hi, I was planning to get married to my Indian partner in Colombes (92700). However, they wanted the celibacy certificate to be apostilled and they declined to proceed with this attestation from the Embassy.
Hello,
In this case, getting an affidavit from a notary public in India and then apostilling is the other option.
That’s what I did!
Thanks anyway, this post will surely help many.
This is an exceptional situation because the certificate de celibat from Embassy is usually accepted.
