Starting 10th July 2024, applications for renewal of 10 years resident cards across France must be submitted online via the ANEF portal. You no longer have to visit the prefecture to submit your application or send it by post.
This article is relevant only for renewals of 10 year cards. So, People applying for their 1st 10 years card must follow the current process of submitting the application by taking an appointment or sending the documents by post.
