English 31
English 31 provides English education to bilingual students enrolled in the French National school system in the Toulouse area.
- English 31 was founded in 1981 by parents of English-speaking pupils to deliver weekly English lessons. Currently caters to around 550 children.
- Two local state schools in Colomiers, Simone Veil Primary School for students aged 6-10 and Collège (Middle School) / Lycée Victor Hugo (High School) for students aged 11-18.
- The students follow the regular French curriculum at the above local schools and the English classes are handled by English 31.
- So, they teach English to children who are already bilingual in French/English at their level and age.
