Building on the success of its first edition, SEGULA Technologies is proud to announce the launch of its second edition of our program dedicated to young graduates.
The SEGULA Graduate Program is more than just a training program. It is a career accelerator that offers candidates the opportunity to integrate several missions within different entities of the group. This dynamic 18-month journey with a full-time CDI contract provides an in-depth understanding of the challenges of a large group while actively participating in its success.
The program begins with a 6-month Recruiting Engineer mission, followed by a 6-month Business Engineer mission, and finally leads to a 6-month Junior Manager mission. Each step is designed to provide a comprehensive professional experience, allowing candidates to discover the group’s technical professions, understand the needs of an industrialist, learn to manage cross-functional teams and maintain an effective customer relationship.
The program also includes grade crossings based on oral presentations of completed missions and a comprehensive assessment at the end of the 18 months to prepare for internal repositioning.
At the end of these missions, with the technical and managerial background acquired as well as the support of your career coach, you will be able to orient yourself towards one of the sectors available in the Group: engineering sector, trade sector, management sector.

Qualifications
- Jeune diplômé issu d’une Grande Ecole d’Ingénieur (Ecole des Mines, CentraleSupélec, ESTACA, ENSTA, Polytechnique…)
- Double diplôme
- Expérience à l’étranger (stage , échange académique, première expérience professionnelle…)
- Anglais courant
- Mobile France et International
- Dynamique et désireux de s’engager dans de grands projets
- Capacité à relever des challenges opérationnels et travailler dans un environnement agile
