What can you gain from the internship?

Beyond the specific technical skills of each position, working in an automotive R&D environment can give you the opportunity to:

  • Work on real engineering problems: Apply what you have learned at university to projects connected to actual vehicle and propulsion-system development.
  • Learn from experienced engineers: Work alongside technical teams and understand how engineering projects are developed in an industrial environment.
  • Build in-demand technical skills: Develop practical experience in areas such as batteries, AI, simulation, testing, power electronics, data analysis or mechanical design.
  • Understand the development process: See how engineering concepts move from modelling and simulation through testing, validation and industrial development.
  • Build your professional network: Collaborate with engineers and technical experts while developing connections within the automotive industry.
  • Full time CDD/CDI: Possibility of converting the intersnhip to a regular job after graudation. It will depend on the market condtions, available opportunities, internship performances, skillls, etc.
