To be eligible for the Talent Passport Qualified employee visa, non-European nationals including British must satisfy the following 3 conditions.
- A French Master’s degree (labeled by the Conference des Grandes écoles) or its equivalent in France.
- A permanent employment contract “CDI” or a fixed-term employment contract “CDD” for at least three months with an employer based in France.
- A gross annual salary of at least twice the legal national minimum wage (SMIC) in France, i.e. €42,406 as of 1st January 2024.

- Copy of a valid long-stay visa or a residence permit.
- Copy of a valid Passport (pages concerning civil status, validity dates, entry stamps and visas).
